Working with this leading financial institution, WESCO Lighting initially audited 1,080 locations within a two-month timeframe. Upon completion, 769 locations were selected and have undergone a lighting upgrade. WESCO Lighting worked closely with the bank’s facility management firm to ensure the project stayed on schedule and within budget.?
The scope of work included:
- Designing custom lighting retrofit solutions for 769 locations
- Creating a multi-phase project plan to ensure timely completion on all locations
- Completing product installation and project management
- Completing and managing rebate incentive applications
This work resulted in a simple project payback period of less than 3 years, a KwH reduction of over 13 million,?and a savings in energy and maintenance expenses of almost $3 million.
